Review

We had the pleasure of installing a 100amp sub-panel in Mary's home in February that would be powering a hot tub circuit that was yet to be delivered.  We came in and discussed the work we would be doing, the path or wires we were going to run to get outside thru the garage and using the correct wire once outside to resist the weather and environmental conditions the cable would be exposed to.  We installed a 60amp breaker in the new sub-panel and a 60amp disconnect 5 feet away from the new location of the hot-tub, as required per NEC electrical code.  Once the new hot-tub was placed we completed the wiring burying the wire in conduit and wiring the hot-tub up appropriately. Upon testing all the wiring and cleaning up Mary was happy with our services and left a very nice review of our company.  We thank Mary and look forward to serving her needs again for any future work.

This customer certainly dodged disaster with her pottery business.  A previous installer had installed RV outlets in the wall for this customers 2 very large pottery kilns in her business.  Upon arriving we were shown the issue right away.  We saw on the wall the kiln in question, the plug itself had scorched and burned the wall and electrical box it was in from a loose connection inside the plug that was never tightened down at all.  This in result caused "arcing" inside the outlet and eventually melted the interior of the box, wire, and the outlet itself resulting in the dangerous malfunction of the kiln.  We called the actual manufacturers of the kiln furnace and spoke directly to their technical support team for the correct way the kilns should be wired.  After getting all the specifications and information needed, we created a estimate for parts and materials and cost of the repairs to present to the customer.  In the end, the kilns are working at 100% now and the customer is extremely happy with the timeliness of the repair and the long-term safety we have ensured for her business.
